About the Chef
Jessie Kratz is a stay at home mom of four kids, a wife, crafter and an avid baker. After 20 years of being a homemaker, when her children were all in school, she decided to fulfill her lifelong dream of owning a bakery. She started school at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in July of 2019 and graduated from the Pastry Arts program in August 2020. Jessie is fully licensed, ServSafe Food Protection Management Certified and has been Certified in Allergen Awareness.
